Accessibility Statement
Effective June 22, 2026. Last updated June 22, 2026.
Our Commitment
Verk Vibe is committed to making verkvibe.com and our digital publications accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing operating discipline and as a legal responsibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (where applicable), and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act and Disabled Persons Act.
Conformance Status
We design and develop verkvibe.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This includes success criteria for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content.
Self-assessed status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have implemented visible keyboard focus, support for reduced-motion preferences, skip navigation, semantic landmarks, descriptive link text, accessible color contrast on text, and accessible form patterns. We are continuing to test with assistive technology and to address any issues identified.
Accessibility Features
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
- Semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and consistent heading structure.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and meaningful graphics.
- Reduced-motion support for users who prefer minimal animation.
- Descriptive labels for navigation, forms, and links.
- Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktop screens, including with browser zoom up to 200%.
- Plain-language copy designed to be scanned and understood.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. Known limitations we are actively working on include:
- Third-party content embedded in our site (such as the TidyCal booking interface and Stripe checkout) is governed by the accessibility of those providers. We monitor and raise issues with them.
- Some PDF publications are being reviewed and remediated for full PDF/UA conformance; an accessible alternate (HTML or large-print) can be requested at any time at no cost.
Request Assistance or Report a Barrier
If you encounter a barrier on verkvibe.com, need content in an alternative format, or need assistance using any part of the Services, contact us. We will respond within five business days and provide a reasonable accommodation.

Formal Complaints
We take accessibility complaints seriously and prefer to resolve them directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the ADA, or, for California residents, with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing or the office of the California Attorney General.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is not a project, it is an operating discipline. We review accessibility with every meaningful change to the site, audit periodically against WCAG 2.1 AA (and track WCAG 2.2 as it stabilizes), and welcome user feedback.
This Accessibility Statement is provided for informational purposes and reflects current practices. A licensed attorney should review and finalize this Statement for your specific situation, particularly if you have legal exposure under the ADA, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, or state-level digital accessibility laws.
