Strengthen Culture Through Conversation

Let's start the conversation for your organization by introducing the fundamental concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion to give all employees a common language and a framework for understanding DEI. Then, we will work with your organization to create a custom course appropriate for your organization and employees as they go on their DEI learning journey. 

This course will equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and their significance in today's rapidly changing global landscape. They will examine the historical roots of DEI and learn to recognize and address systemic barriers and biases in the workplace. Through engaging lessons and real-world case studies, participants will develop the skills necessary to foster a culture of respect and belonging for all employees. Finally, participants will walk out with the tools and knowledge to engage in self-reflection, emphasizing the importance of active listening and collaboration in the workplace. 

Training Delivery Method: The content can be delivered by all live webinars, on-site with an instructor, or a blend of both. 

Training Length & Audience: The course is structured in hour increments queued up to evolve into multiple sessions that fit the needs of various employee types (e.g., executive team, managers, professional technical, or regular employees).

Workshop Series: Managing Unconscious Bias Workshops or DEI Workshop Series 

There is no one-size-fits-all program; we will work with you and design a program with relevant content that works for your organization.

Overall Goal: Empower employees to recognize and challenge their own biases, fostering a culture where everyone feels respected and valued.

Analyzing & Challenging Systems of Inequity

Snapshot:  We empower participants to examine the systems and policies that can unintentionally reinforce inequalities. They'll gain tools to analyze their workplace through a critical lens, identifying opportunities to make lasting changes. Focus Areas: Our training covers how seemingly neutral policies and practices can disproportionately impact marginalized groups (based on race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.).

Overall Goal: Equip your team with the knowledge to champion systemic changes that create a more just and equitable workplace for everyone.
