Mandated Sexual Harassment Training
We train your team about the legal requirements for harassment training, including the definition of harassment, various forms, bullying, and other prohibited behaviors, and the steps employees can take to report incidents as required in the law known as Title VII.
​REQUIREMENTS BY STATE:
In California, employers with 5 or more employees must provide sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training every two years. The requirements are:

Nonsupervisory employees: 1 hour of training

Supervisory employees: 2 hours of training
​In Washington D.C., all employers who have tipped workers must provide sexual harassment training to their employees.
Employers in New York must provide sexual harassment training to employees who:

Will work more than 80 hours in a calendar year, AND
-
Will work for at least 90 days
Employers are liable for sexual harassment by new employees from the time of hire.
Establishing Professional Boundaries
We teach your employees professional boundaries and why they are needed in the workplace. They learn about the various behaviors that can undermine these boundaries, including overstepping authority, oversharing personal information, and engaging in unprofessional conduct. Part of the training includes incorporating an anti-discrimination policy and dissemination to all employees.

We teach your employees about the strategies and techniques used to maintain professional boundaries in the workplace. This may include setting clear expectations, managing personal interactions, and responding effectively to workplace incidents threatening professional boundaries.
